<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a photo-electric converter having an improved joining force between a conductive substrate and crystal semiconductor particle and assured higher productivity and lower cost, and to provide the photoelectric converter. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing a photoelectric converter, the conductive substrate 11 on which the crystal silicon particles 12 are placed is inserted into a furnace provided with a heat plate 15 for pressing at least crystal silicon particles 12 and a heater 14 for heating the atmosphere for setting the internal temperature of furnace, the temperature is maintained after the atmospheric temperature in the furnace is raised, with a heater for heating the atmosphere, to the temperature lower than that near the eutectic temperature of the conductive substrate 11 and crystal silicon particles. Thereafter, the crystal silicon particles 12 are pressurized with the heat plate 15 being set to the temperature equal to or higher than the eutectic temperature in order to join the crystal silicon particles 12 and the conductive substrate 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
