<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus and a data processing apparatus provided with the same. <P>SOLUTION: In the imaging apparatus and the data processing apparatus provided with the imaging apparatus; the imaging apparatus is provided with an image sensor mounted on a substrate, a frame member fixed on the upper surface of the substrate, an optical member allowed to be inserted into the frame member so as to be separated from the upper surface of the image sensor, a cover member combined with the frame member, and an elastic member existing between the optical member and the upper surface of the image sensor and capable of pressurizing the optical member in a direction separated from the image sensor to make the optical member closely adhere to the cover member. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
