<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly accurate calculation result, by calculating the number of transport facilities in a short time by a simple procedure. <P>SOLUTION: The following processing is executed by an electronic computer : (1) product information including a product quantity, the delivery date and transport restriction stored in a storage means is read out and input, (2) facility capacity information on the transport facility and a port stored in the storage means is read out and input, (3) the earliest shipping date is calculated by collecting products in a lot equivalent to one transport facility on the basis of information on the delivery date and the shippable date, (4) the shipping date and the cargo handling date in a carrying source and a carrying destination are calculated from information on a movement duration up to the carrying destination from the carrying source, the earliest shipping date and the delivery date of the lot, (5) a load is leveled by changing the shipping date and the cargo handling date in the carrying source and the carrying destination in a range of satisfying the delivery date by calculating a cargo handling load quantity in the carrying source and the carrying destination with every preset period, and (6) the required number of transport facilities is determined from the information on the leveled shipping date and cargo handling date. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
