PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange a plurality of discharge ports on a plurality of the containers fed on a predetermined feed route at the same time. SOLUTION: A second dispensing part 13 for a specimen is a dispenser for dispensing a liquid to a plurality of the cuvettes 16a fed on the predetermined feed route 16b and equipped with a dispensing plate 31 having discharge ports, which respective communicate with the outside, provided to its bottom part and having a plurality of nozzles 43A-43C for metering a predetermined trace of the liquid to hold the same and a pressure mechanism 33 for discharging the respective liquids held to a plurality of the nozzles 43A-43C from the discharge ports of the nozzles 43A-43C to dispense them to cuvettes 16a.
