PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a matter that a die becomes expensive when a wiring treatment member is made of an insulating material in order to secure insulation between a coil and a transient wire, between the transient wires, and between terminal wires, by generally molding insulating resin using the die because the wiring treatment member has an intricate profile and thereby the member also becomes expensive. SOLUTION: Insulation of a coil 6, transient wires 3a, 3b, 3c, and between terminal wires in Fig. 2 is ensured using the insulation paper of a rotor 1 for rotating electric machine having a hole 4a for passing a wire in a sheetlike insulator 4 and a cut 4b from that hole to the end face of the insulation paper.
