PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily confirm whether or not an access right is set in a desired range, in a system used by a plurality of users, allowing the setting of the access right. SOLUTION: This information processor managing a stored file has: a means 204 storing a user ID associatively with user attribute information; a means 201 holding the user ID of the accessible user associatively to each file or each folder; a means providing display for selecting the user accessible to the file by use of the attribute information; a means 202 deciding whether the selected user ID associated with the attribute information and the held user ID accord or not; and a means 203 notifying warning when it is decided that they do not accord as the result of the decision.
