PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a development processing and conveying mechanism capable of easily allowing both speedy processing and normal processing by a development processor. SOLUTION: Disclosed is the development processing and conveying mechanism 70 mounted on processing tanks of the developer processor equipped with a color developing tank 51, a bleach-fixing tank 52, and a washing tank group comprising at least one washing tank 53 as the development processing tanks, and conveying the photosensitive material so as to perform development processing from color development processing to washing processing including bleach-fixing processing. The conveying mechanism is constituted as a horizontal conveyance unit which is detachably mounted on the processing tanks and horizontally conveys the photosensitive material received outside processing liquid in the processing tanks, and provided with a processing liquid supply means 80 of supplying the processing liquid to the photosensitive material during horizontal conveyance.
