PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical filter switching device which has a structure of moving and switching an optical filter and moreover permits optical measurement at a stably high SN ratio. SOLUTION: The optical filter switching device is provided with: an incident optical fiber 10; a collimator lens 12 which converts emission light of the incident optical fiber to parallel light and makes the parallel light incident on the optical filter; a converging lens 14 which converges the light transmitted by the optical filter; an optical fiber 16 for emission on which the convergent light is made incident; and a rotation driving mechanism 30 which selects one of a plurality of optical filters, and moves and stops the optical filter to the incidence location of the parallel light emitted from the collimator lens. All of the optical filters 18a, 18b are housed in a dark box 20, and a light shielding means (light shielding disc 24) is disposed in the dark box so that leakage light other than light transmitted by the selected optical filter may not couple with the optical fiber for emission, wherein light transmittance of cover of the optical fiber for emission is 0.1% or less.
