PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination type key-sheet effectively diffusing local heat generated from an element mounted on a base plate, hardly generating unevenness of brightness of an EL member. SOLUTION: The illumination type key-sheet 13 has a graphite-sheet 6 diffusing heat in planar direction, by the above, local heating of an EL sheet 5 can be prevented by the graphite-sheet 6 even if a semiconductor element 11 on the base plate 4 generates heat, and unevenness of brightness of the EL-sheet is hardly generated, at the same time, disorders such as erroneous operation or break-down caused by heat accumulation of the semiconductor element 11 can be prevented. The graphite sheet 6 can cope with weight-reduction of portable electronic apparatuses because of its high heat conductivity, effective heat diffusion, and light weight. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
