PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a watch surface dial for learning capable of finishing quickly and correctly the learning of the watch called as a difficult instruction teaching aid for a second-year student in an elementary school, without causing confusion, and capable of completing reading of the watch. SOLUTION: This watch surface dial is formed into double circles with the minute hand circle and the hour hand circle colored with different colors. Scales are arranged on the minute hand circle and the hour hand circle themselves. A tip portion of the minute hand and a tip portion of the hour hand move on the respective circles to be rotated. The scales respectively divided equally into 60 and divided equally into 12 and scale numerical values are put respectively in the minute hand circle and the hour hand circle. A function of the present invention is exhibited to the maximum, by simultaneous combination use of three features comprising double circle structure, the rotation of the tip portions of the both hands on respective circles, and the putting of the scales and scale numerical values.
