PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DNA chip device capable of confirming whether address control is performed normally or not. SOLUTION: This DNA chip device 10 includes a row address control determination circuit 60R for determining whether only a row control signal corresponding to designated row address data is transmitted to a DMA microarray device 20 or not, a column address control determination circuit 60C for determining whether only a column control signal corresponding to designated column address data is transmitted to the DNA microarray device 20 or not, and an error signal output circuit 70 for outputting an address error signal when at least either of determination results is negative between the determination results by each address control determination circuit 60R/60C.
