PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wooden building of high quality having a sound insulating effect, constructed in a short construction period, of time and facilitating a change or the like of partitions. SOLUTION: A structure unit is formed of a three-dimensional frame having columns at four corners, ceiling beams in a long side direction, ceiling beams in a short side direction, floor beams in the long side direction, and floor beams in the short side direction. Bearing wall panels are respectively arranged adjoining both columns within the respective planes of first facing planes composed of the columns, ceiling beams in the long side direction, and floor beams in the long side direction, and bearing wall panels are respectively arranged adjoining both columns within the respective planes of second facing planes composed of the columns, ceiling beams in the short side direction, and floor beams in the short side direction. The bearing wall panel has: a rectangular frame body formed of two vertical members and two lateral members so that the whole height is almost equal to the height of the first plane and second plane; joint fittings for firmly joining the vertical members and lateral members at the upper end and lower end of the vertical member on one side; and plywood mounted to the whole of both faces of the frame body.
