The method involves providing a slot base or a base of a reservoir from a borehole and/or excavation in a ground. A leak-water pipe is inserted into the borehole and/or the excavation, where the pipe leads into a ground water soil. The pipe is decanted outwardly with grits or gravels. The pipe is closed on an entry side by a leak-water cover (5). The pipe is inserted between the base of a receiving space stacking the slack water and a ground water gauge. An independent claim is also included for a device for discharging slack water.
