An apparatus and a method for testing an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) module are provided to selectively supply the driving power to an aging mode and a normal driving mode. A high voltage output member and a normal voltage output member supply the high voltage stress driving voltage of the aging mode and the normal driving voltage of the normal driving mode to an LCD module. A test power board(20) selectively supplies high voltage stress driving voltage and the normal driving voltage to the LCD module. The test power board does not output the normal driving voltage when the high voltage stress driving voltage is applied, and does not output the high voltage stress driving voltage when the normal driving voltage is applied. The test power board includes a switching member for intercepting the high voltage stress driving voltage.
