NOVEL INDUCIBLE EXPRESSION VECTOR SYSTEM IN CORYNEFORM BACTERIA

The present invention relates to an inducible expression vector useful in Corynebacterium ammoniagenes and Corynebacterium glutamicum. More particularly, the present invention relates to an inducible expression vector system capable of inducible expression of foreign genes in Corynebacteria depending on temperature increase by sequentially introducing operator of ?P<SUB>L</SUB> into a promoter system derived from Corynebacterium ammoniagenes. The inducible expression system of the present invention has improved inducible expression ability as the ?P<SUB>L</SUB> operator is sequentially added, and is capable of effectively expressing the green fluorescence protein (GFP) in Corynebacterium ammoniagenes.
