COMPLEX NETWORK MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND METHOD THEREOF

A complex network management system and method are provided to guarantee a high-quality and large-capacity service for users and also guarantee seamless QoS(Quality of Service) even in communication between heterogeneous networks. A TRM(Topology/Resource Management Module)(32) collects resource information of a complex network and manages it. A PRD(Policy Rule Decision Module)(31) determines a limit network resource for authenticating a call transmitted to an access network or a metro network and a policy related to the limit network resource. A CAM(Connection Admission Control Module)(34) compares the network resource information and the limit network resource, and determines whether to permit a request for authentication of a call transmitted to the complex network.
