<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated ceramic capacitor, or a multilayer wiring board with built-in capacitor which serves as a relay board with built-in capacitor that is small in size and large in capacity, and that suppresses the propagation delay and attenuation of a high-frequency signal; and to provide a laminated electronic device which can be reduced in size and improved in mounting density. <P>SOLUTION: In the laminated ceramic capacitor (multilayer wiring board with built-in capacitor) 10, signal wiring 14 formed on capacitors 11b, 11c, 12a, 12b, and 12c is covered with an insulator 17 having a dielectric constant smaller than that of dielectric layers 11b and 11c. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
