<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a server for image distribution capable of correctly recognizing a change in an object. <P>SOLUTION: The server for image distribution is provided with a means for storing a feature quantity of an input image in a storage device and transmitting the input image to a client when the input image is determined to have changed from the previously transmitted image, a means for monitoring whether the input image changes from the previously transmitted image within a prescribed time when the input image is not determined to have changed from the previously transmitted image, and storing a feature quantity of the input image in the storage device and transmitting the input image to the client when the input image has changed from the previously transmitted image, and a means for storing a feature quantity of the input image when the prescribed time elapses and transmitting the input image to the client when the input image has not changed from the previously transmitted image and the prescribed time elapses. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
