<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and surely select a desired control channel even when many control channels are set. <P>SOLUTION: The photo printer includes: a control channel management part 61 that sets and manages the control channels where a plurality of parameters are grouped so as to control the printing processing; a button control part 62 that sets and controls a plurality of buttons separately linking with the control channels; and a GUI part 63 for displaying the plurality of buttons in a monitor, and also, generating a control command for a specified printing processing based on the operation input to the button displayed in the monitor. The printer also includes an apparatus state detecting part 64a for detecting the situation of an auxiliary apparatus affecting the execution of the printing processing based on the control channel, then, generating apparatus state information showing the state of the auxiliary apparatus, and the display state of the button in the monitor is changed based on the apparatus state information transmitted from the apparatus state detecting part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
