<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bed or slide bed allowing to take a seated position on a bed by devising a backrest floor part mechanism and a seat floor part mechanism, and allowing a sick elderly person to be easily seated in the seated position while a movable floor is moved without hurting the leg part under the knee by hitting to a bed side part while moving. <P>SOLUTION: In the bed or slide bed, a movable floor frame member comprising a backrest floor part and a seat floor part can be electrically or manually raised or lowered around the axis of a backrest part or seat part shaft.
