PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive composition for thermosetting plastic film-laminated metallic plate, excellent in blocking resistance, adhesion and storage stability, and suitably usable in heat laminating between film and metallic plate. SOLUTION: The adhesive composition for plastic film-laminated metallic plate comprises (A) a polyester resin having both phosphoric ester group and hydroxy group, e.g. a polyester resin obtained by condensation between the hydroxy groups in (a1) a hydroxyl-containing polyester resin obtained by condensation reaction between a polycarboxylic acid and a polyhydric alcohol and the phosphoric acid groups in (a2) a compound having both phosphoric acid group and phosphoric ester group and (B) a blocked polyisocyanate, e.g. a compound obtained by blocking, with a blocking agent (b2), the isocyanate group in (b1) a polyisocyanate such as an aliphatic diisocyanate compound.
