PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sample tubing and a system for improving the supply of individual DNA samples on FTA card or other carriers by means of robot operation. SOLUTION: In this system, container cavities (3) and sample tubing (2) of 96 or 384 racks (1) with SBS footprints are suitably designed so as to be taken from these container cavities (3) through robot operation. This sample tubing (2) is equipped with internal shoulder (4) for accommodating a single portion (6), of at least one sample carrier (preferably, a discrete DNA sample), and clamping body section (5) for tightly holding the internal shoulder.
