PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of an exterior trim cover which can open the inside of a power chamber even in the situation of disabling the normal opening/closing of the exterior trim cover, and a wheel loader which is equipped with the mounting structure. SOLUTION: In this mounting structure of the opening/closing cover 32 of the wheel loader 10, a bolt 53 for fixing a frame 31 and a frame fixing plate 51b is mounted in such a manner as to be capable of being tightened and loosened to and from the outside of the power chamber 30, that is, the outer surface side of a fixed cover 33.
