PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive silicone rubber sheet for heat resistant thermoconductive hot press-bonding capable of being used under a high temperature at≥300°C, also having a good thermoconductivity, excellent in durability, and having a light weight and good handling property. SOLUTION: This silicone rubber sheet for heat resistant thermoconductive hot press-bonding is obtained by forming a silicone rubber composition comprising (A) 100 pts.mass organopolysiloxane having≥200 average degree of polymerization, (B) 30-80 pts.mass carbon black powder having≤0.5 mass% volatilizable component other than water, (C) 30-200 pts.mass crystalline silicon dioxide powder showing≥5.6 and≤7.5 pH of its 10 wt.% aqueous slurry and (D) a curing agent, into a sheet form and curing it, and has≤1.7 g/cm<SP>3</SP>density.
