PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricating structure of an internal combustion engine including an oil passage (58) extending from a cylinder head 2 to a cylinder block 3, in which lubricating oil is prevented from leaking to the exterior from a connecting portion between the cylinder head 2 and cylinder block 3. SOLUTION: The oil passage (58) includes an oil hole 2c formed in the cylinder head 2, an oil hole 3a formed in the cylinder block 3, and a guide pipe 60 inserted to extend from one oil hole (2c) to the other oil hole (3a). Even when a gap is generated in the connecting portion between the cylinder head 2 and the cylinder block 3, the lubricating oil flows from one oil hole (2c) to the other oil hole (3a) through the guide pipe 60 so that the lubricating oil is prevented from leaking to the exterior from the gap.
