PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress creep torque to a proper degree while preventing unnecessary creep torque suppression braking force from being given to a wheel. SOLUTION: When any one of conditions, i.e., "idling-up control is performed, braking requirement of a driver or automatic control exists, acceleration requirement of a driver or automatic control does not exist and the vehicle is in the stopping state" and "idling-up control is performed, the braking requirement of the driver or the automatic control exists, the acceleration requirement of the driver or the automatic control does not exist and the vehicle in the traveling state under a circumstance that a friction coefficient of a road surface is a reference value or less" is materialized (S50, 90), basic target braking force Fctb for suppressing the creep torque is operated (S100), a target increase/reduction amountΔFct of creep torque suppression braking force at starting and finishing of control is operated (S110, 170), and the creep torque suppression braking force is given to the wheel such that the increase/reduction amount of the creep torque suppression braking force becomes the target increase/reduction amountΔFct (S130-250).
