PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire tube scarcely generating puncture only through feeding air once, a tire and a method for manufacturing them. SOLUTION: A tire tube T<SB>1</SB>is molded with complex resilient resin R including thermoplastic elastomer, process oil and adhesive resin, an air piercing needle N is made to directly pierce from a valve hole 31 at a rim S of a tire K into the tire tube T<SB>1</SB>to feed air, then a drawing-out hole 41 formed at the tire tube T<SB>1</SB>after drawing out the air feeding piercing needle N is closed by a self-repairing force caused by resiliency and adhesiveness of the composite resilient resin R.
