PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative material having a cloud-shaped pattern which has a three-dimensional feeling. SOLUTION: A laminate is obtained from at least two decorative layer sheets, each of which is formed by the calender processing of a compound composed of thermoplastic resin chips containing an inorganic filler capable of imparting transparency and colored thermoplastic resin chips having one kind of a color or at least two kinds of thermoplastic resin chips different in color from each other and has a color flow pattern on its transparent sheet, and a base material sheet obtained using a thermoplastic resin and subjected to emboss processing. Subsequently, the embossed laminate obtained after emboss processing is subjected to calendering in the direction substantially crossing the rolling direction at the time of calendering the compound at a right angle to obtain the decorative material.
