PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small male urinal housing toilet seat to solve a problem that urine is inevitably splashed outside a toilet seat to cause an insanitary condition and malodor when a male passes urine using a generally used toilet seat. SOLUTION: A small male urinal 2 housed in the front center part 1 of a toilet seat for use is projected out upon use to eliminate the cause of an insanitary condition and malodor due to splashing urine during use. After use, the small male urinal 2 is cleaned up to eliminate the insanitary condition.
