PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manual cleaner referring to the cleaner for easily cleaning dust such as pieces of small paper trash scattered on a desk, a floor or the like, bits of eraser grit or refuse of food and capable of cleaning the dust with a hand operation without the use of electric power such as a battery as a power source for the cleaner in particular. SOLUTION: The manual cleaner 100 is provided with a suction nozzle 2 with an opening 6 on the front, a suction fan 3, a dust collection box 5 and an air duct 7 communicating with the opening 6 to the box 5. The fan 3 is driven by a drive means 4 hand-operated to generate air flow through the rotation and able to easily absorb the dust on the face to be cleaned to collect it to the box 5. The drive means 4 is manually operated with no requirement of a power supply means such as the battery. Thereby the cleaner can be readily used anytime and anywhere.
