<p>An antenna arrangement comprises an antenna element (1) which is mounted over a conducting surface (2) spaced from the antenna element (1). At least one form-parameter of the spacing-retainer (3) between the antenna element (1) and the conducting surface (2) and at least one form-parameter of the conducting surface (2) are taken into consideration for adjustment of the antenna radiation-characteristic. An independent claim is included for implementing the antenna.</p>
