A temperature controller of an electric heat mat is provided to prevent operational errors of a temperature comparing unit by using a positive feedback circuit to lower a voltage value when an input voltage of the temperature comparing unit is low, and raise the voltage value when the input voltage of the temperature comparing unit is high. A temperature controller of an electric heat mat includes a temperature detecting unit(150), a temperature setting unit(160), a temperature compensating unit(170), a positive feedback circuit unit(180), a safety circuit unit(190), and an error compensating circuit unit(195). The temperature detecting unit(150) detects a temperature of a thermo-sensing unit(105), and outputs the temperature into a temperature comparing unit(140). The temperature setting unit(160) allows a user to set a heating temperature of the thermo-sensing unit(105), and outputs the set temperature to the temperature comparing unit(140). The temperature compensating unit(170) is connected with the temperature detecting unit(150), compensates the temperature of the temperature detecting unit(150), and detects the heating temperature of a thermo-sensing line without errors. The positive feedback circuit unit(180) supplies voltage from the thermo-sensing unit(105) to the temperature comparing unit(140) to stably output an output controlling signal outputted at the temperature comparing unit(140). The safety circuit unit(190) supplies the detected voltage of a high state to the temperature comparing unit(140), converts an output terminal into an off state, and prevents heating power from being supplied to a heater(N1) when the heater(N1) and a sensor(N2) are shorted and all power is applied on the sensor(N2). The error compensating circuit unit(195) removes errors generated by each component connected with the heater(N1). |
