A clutch housing for a manual transmission of a vehicle is provided to simplify a manufacturing process by installing directly a gear train and a gear set in a clutch housing. A circular input shaft hole(71), a circular output shaft hole(72), and semicircular differential drive holes(73,81) are formed at a main body(7). A combination hole(74) is formed at a lateral surface of the main body. A differential cover(8) includes semicircular differential drive holes corresponding to the semicircular differential drive holes of the main body in order to form circular differential drive holes. The differential cover further includes a combination hole(82) corresponding to the combination hole of the main body. The differential cover is coupled with the main body in order to form a shape of clutch housing. A combination unit connects the combination hole of the main body with the combination hole of the differential cover.
