<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular control device capable of properly regulating the oil temperature of operating oil even when an engine driven oil pump is in a stopped condition. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicular control device 70 comprises a power transmission device 1 having a transmission 2 which receives hydraulic pressure for shifting operation, for transmitting the driving force of an engine ENG to driven wheels, a first oil pump P1 to be driven by the engine for supplying operating oil to the transmission 2, a second oil pump P2 to be driven by an electric motor for supplying the operating oil to the transmission 2, a relief valve 86 for regulating the hydraulic pressure of the operating oil discharged from the second oil pump P2, and an oil temperature regulating device 83 for regulating the temperature of the operating oil, the relief valve 86 having a discharge oil path 94 connected to the oil temperature regulating device 83. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
