<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management device for achieving the detail management of the number of copies in response to a request for restricting a distribution rate to be constant. <P>SOLUTION: This management device connected to an image formation apparatus stores the information of the number of copies of restrictive formation with the information of the number of copies of cumulative formation with respect to at least one image data, and receives and identifies image data as the object of formation processing in the connected image formation apparatus, and when the image data are the stored image data, the management device increments the information of the number of copies of cumulative formation associated with the pertinent image data, and when the information of the number of copies of the cumulative formation exceeds the information of the number of copies of restrictive formation with respect to corresponding image data, the management device controls the suppression of image formation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
