摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical sensor or biosensor having high inspection sensitivity. <P>SOLUTION: In detecting of a material component in liquid, suspension is introduced into a porous ion exchanger, and a selectively produced material component is measured by a measuring circuit. A first sensor comprises a selecting element for selecting a measured substance and a part of the measuring circuit for detecting the selected measured substance. The selecting element is made of a porous ion exchanger, and the porous ion exchanger is integrated with a route of the part of the measuring circuit. The suspension can be introduced into the porous ion exchanger. In a second sensor, the porous ion exchanger is arranged adjacently to the measuring circuit. When enzyme, antigen or antibody is fixed to a vacancy of the porous ion exchanger, and the suspension is introduced into the porous ion exchanger, material generated by the enzyme, antigen or antibody is fed into the measuring circuit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
