<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and uniformly bond a sound controlling strip like sponge material to a tread inner surface with high precision. <P>SOLUTION: A tire T is held in an erected state by a tire holding rotary device 2 to be made rotatable. One surface of the tire T is set to an adhesive surface S. The strip like sponge material 5 with a predetermined length wherein release paper 6 is arranged to the adhesive surface S is spirally wound so that the release paper 6 becomes outside in a radial direction to form a wound body 5A and this wound body 5A is attached to the sponge holding frame 20 arranged to the cavity of the tire T. The wound body 5A is unwound accompanying the rotation of the tire T and the release paper 6 is is peeled and taken out to be attached to the tread inner surface Ts using a bonding roller 24. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
