<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective use system of activated charcoal resource by establishing an activated charcoal reuse system and a management system thereof by networking a plurality of water purification facilities provided with activated charcoal treatment facilities within a predetermined area. <P>SOLUTION: In an activated charcoal information management center, a water purification plant activated charcoal facility group 10 includes water purification plants 11a and 11b having granular activated charcoal adsorption facilities using granular activated charcoal of large grain size, water purification plants 12a and 12b having granular activated charcoal adsorption facilities using granular activated charcoal of middle grain size and water purification plants 14a and 14b having powdery activated charcoal adsorption facilities. An activated charcoal regeneration factory group 20 includes activated charcoal regeneration factories 21X, 21Y and 21Z, and these facilities and factories communicate with an activated charcoal management server 31 of the activated charcoal management center 30 through an information management communication network 40 by use of communication terminals.
