PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical connecting member which is low in manufacturing cost and is abundant in flexibility. SOLUTION: A pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 5 is laminated on a base film 3 and a plurality of conductive films 7 are formed on the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 5. A coating film 9, which covers a top surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 5, is interposed between the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 5 and conductive films 7, and a cut part 91 for exposing a portion of the pressure-sensitive layer 5 is formed at one end part of the coating film 9.
