PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prolong the service lifetime of bellows, to reduce the size and lower the cost of the bellows, and to make a vacuum interrupter compact. SOLUTION: The bellows 6 is attached so that its inner periphery surface side is exposed to vacuum, and its outer periphery surface side is exposed to insulating medium gas.
