PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transfer by handwriting a posting instruction to a form printed on plain paper. SOLUTION: Two unique marks 41 and 42 in a copy indicating area 4 are connected with a handwritten copy indicating line 50 and a form 2 which has handwritten character information in a first form 30 corresponding to the mark 41 connected with the copy indicating line 50 is converted into image data. From the image data, the two marks 41 and 42 connected with the recognized copy indicating line 50 are identified to recognize the character information handwritten in the first form 30. Then, in a write column of a second form 32 in which information is not written out of the two forms corresponding to the identified two marks 41 and 42, characters recognized from the first form 30 are posted.
