PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light emitting display device which uses a transparent thin film transistor and can maximize both-faces light emission effect. SOLUTION: The organic light emitting display device of the present invention includes a display section 330 having an organic light emitting diode formed in a prescribed region on a first transparent substrate 300 and at least one transparent thin film transistor driving the organic light emitting diode, and an adjustment section 320 which is arranged on at least one flank of the display section 330 and adjusts transmission of light. The adjustment section 320 has a liquid crystal layer 315 as a light shield film formed on the surface of the first transparent substrate 300 on the opposite side from the display section 330, a first transparent electrode 314 and a second transparent electrode 316 formed above and below the liquid crystal layer 315 respectively, and a second transparent substrate 317 formed on the opposite surface side of the second transparent electrode 316 from the liquid crystal layer 315.
