PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal insulating panel 10 capable of having sufficient bending strength while having lightweight and surely absorbing also unevenness of an underlayer side as well as a heat insulating roof structure and a heat insulating floor structure equipped with the thermal insulating panel 10 as a thermal insulating material. SOLUTION: The thermal insulating panel 10 is so constituted that a steel plate 12 and a non-woven fabric 13 are respectively adherently laminated to one side and the other side of a formed resin molding body 11 through adhesives. It is mounted on a folding plate roof 1 with the non-woven fabric 13 as the lower side to form it as the thermal insulating roof structure. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
