PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a raw material of an environment-cleaning cosmetic, consisting of a metal oxide cover-treated with a silk-containing apatite and having a photocatalytic function, and performing the action of environmental cleaning on discharging waste liquid as filthy water after the use of a whole body cosmetic blended with the same as an additive. SOLUTION: This raw material of the environment-cleaning cosmetic consists of the metal oxide covered with the apatite containing silk powder and having the photocatalytic function.
