PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workpiece holding tube, a machine tool and a workpiece machining method, decreasing flexure of a workpiece to facilitate steps such as feeding and automatic replacement of workpieces. SOLUTION: While the workpiece W is inserted in a tube 21 and supported by a bush 21a, and clamped and held by a claw 22a of a finger chuck 22, workpiece holding pipe, the workpiece is supplied to a spindle 11 of the machine tool 1.
