A method, executed by a user terminal, for implementing an information distribution service in wireless communication networks, comprising the steps of: receiving service information provided by at least one of information sources; sending, to network side, an information that the user terminal can transmit received service information to at least one of other user terminals; receiving the wireless resources allocated by the network side for establishing a direct communication links with the other user terminals; and transmitting the service information to the other user terminals by using the wireless resources.
