An apparatus for locking a tray cover for a vehicle is provided to improve user safety and the product value of a tray by certainly preventing the cover from being opened. In an apparatus for locking a tray cover for a vehicle, a hinge part(142) is provided at the central portion of a locking member(140) so that the locking member can be rotated in the clockwise direction. A hook(141) is provided at the upper end of the locking member. A releasing lever connecting part(143) is provided at the lower end of the locking member. A protrusion(121) connected to the hook of the locking member is provided at the opened lower end of the cover. A release lever(130) is provided on the front side of the body so as to release the locking state of the cover by rotating the locking member in the counterclockwise direction.
