A tire tread rubber composition is provided to have excellent wet traction, rolling resistance, wear resistance, and heat build-up resistance characteristics. The tire tread rubber composition comprises 1-3 parts by weight of 1,6-bis(N,N-dibenzylthiocarbamoyldithio)hexane or hexamethylene-1,6-bis(thuosulfate)disodium salt, dihydrate as an anti-reversion agent based on 100 parts by weight of raw material rubbers. The composition further comprises 1-3 parts by weight of a fatty acid metal salt as a dispersant. The fatty acid metal salt includes at least one fatty acid and at least one metal selected from zinc and potassium.
