<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ticket-related information providing system, a ticket-related information providing method, and a ticket-related information providing program, in which guide information related to a ticket can be provided to efficiently guide a user. <P>SOLUTION: A management computer 31 of the ticket general information providing system 30 is connected to an event hall data storage part 32 recording event hall data including hall identifiers, seat arrangements and the like and a hall peripheral data storage part 33 recording hall peripheral data including hall identifiers, route guides and the like. The management computer 31 specifies event hall data from ticket data for specifying an event and a seat for a ticket 10 received from a user terminal 20 to generate guide data from the seat arrangement and the seat for the ticket data, and extracts route guide data of the hall peripheral data.
