<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of times of accesses to an address accumulation memory when information is changed in which address information is stored in a list structure. <P>SOLUTION: An address-information accumulation-memory management-circuit for communication packet replication distribution is provided with flags showing validity or invalidity of the address information corresponding to a memory address. When encountering a memory address in which a flag displays invalidity, in a process of succeedingly following the address information, it is possible to reach a memory address in which a flag displays validity, by further following the address information. It is also composed so as to write address information that does not exist in the next address information corresponding to a memory address belonging to a termination of an address group of packets having the same information contents.
